Refund Policy

At Goldmine Computer Repairs, we are committed to delivering high-quality repair services. This policy will update or change over time and at anytime.

 

1. Service Refunds

• If we are unable to repair your device, you will not be charged for labour under our No Fix, No Fee guarantee (see below).

• Refunds are not provided for successful repairs where the service has been completed and the device is returned in working order.

• If a part is still under warranty and has an issue. Our service charges are for free until issue is sorted.

2. Parts & Components

• Replacement parts are non-refundable once installed, unless found to be faulty under warranty.

• All parts come with a  warranty period – e.g., 90-day or 12-month warranty against defects.

• Parts Warranty is for UK only not internationally.

3. Warranty Repairs

• If the same fault reoccurs within the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge. And parts if still under warranty.

• Warranty does not cover new issues unrelated to the original repair, physical damage, or liquid damage after collection.

4. Deposits

• If a deposit was paid for special-order parts and you cancel before repair, the deposit may be non-refundable if the part has already been ordered, we will look into each situation.

 

5. We operate a No Fix, No Fee policy:

 

If we cannot repair your device, you will not be charged for labour or parts ordered to fix your computer.

Charges may still apply for:

• Diagnostic testing (if agreed in advance)

• Courier or call-out fees

• Special-ordered parts (if ordered before the fault was deemed irreparable)

• If device was fixed and returned. A new issue unrelated to original repair is found during testing once device is returned to us.
